It’s not always straight forward advice, sometimes it’s a discussion about the complicated relationship we have with exercise, mental health, debunking fitness myths and much more.

Why a newsletter?
I want to build a community of readers which I can talk to on a deeper level, other than just Instagram reels. I think this has to be one of the best ways you can share real information, not 10 second quick fire videos.
What’s it all about?
I’ll be posting monthly newsletters covering things such as exercise, mental health, nutrition, gym myths, our mind/body relationship and the things you can implement to live a healthier lifestyle.
